Our Dubai-based team of architects is responsible for all of the detailed design work for our projects across the region. This means the creation of civil design intent drawings packs and – often – collaboration with our MEP partners to create full tender documents.

We also specify local suppliers for furniture and materials, and we have a long list of partners across the region in the areas of structural design, engineering works, PMC, audio visual and digital signage.

I-AM’s commitment is to deliver in reality whatever was approved by our clients on a screen. To this end we provide design guardianship throughout the implementation / construction phase, visiting the site regularly and supervising the contractor to ensure that the design concept is faithfully executed.
