From our base in the heart of Dubai’s creative community, I-AM has been serving clients in the MENA region since 2014.
We’re currently working with clients in Egypt (hotels), Morocco (finance), Nigeria (residential) and Kenya (banking). We’re well-placed to support projects across this exciting continent from our studios in London, Istanbul and Dubai, as well as being able to bring a multi-cultural perspective to design projects that has been developed on a truly global scale.
With its burgeoning middle class and trend-focused youth population, the Asia Pacific region is an ideal market for the most innovative, design-led customer engagement solutions delivered by I-AM.
In 2018 we have worked from Tokyo to Singapore, and, as ever, our People-Inspired approach has produced the results that business need in order to thrive.

I-AM was founded in London in 1997. Since then, our company has grown to be recognised by Design Week as one of the UK’s top three creative agencies. With Europe facing social and economic change on a significant scale, I-AM is playing a leading role to help businesses conceive ever-more innovative, creative and original ways to communicate and engage with customers.
Thanks to the strategic location of our European studios in London and Istanbul, we are ideally placed to serve our clients across the length and breadth of the continent. In 2018 alone delivered projects for clients from London to Ljubljana, from Paris to St Petersburg, and from Iceland to Istanbul.
This rapidly evolving market is one where we see a bright future for experiential design. As a result, we have worked hard to establish ourselves on the ground in Colombia and Mexico in order to better serve our clients across the region.
Our current clients in Latin America include banks and retailers but our processes and methodologies, coupled with our breadth of skills and experience, mean we are well-placed to support any organisation that will benefit from being able to offer a better experience to the people with whom it’s looking to engage.
We’ve grown our presence in North America in order to better support our clients such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car (St Louis), Berlitz language centres (in New York and San Francisco) and House Hotel Residences for Kerten (Miami Beach and LA).
This experience has given us a foothold in the market, which we’re in the process of developing.
