Enhancing the online customer journey for Turkcell
We worked on analysing the contents and interactive elements to help define the online user journey. We also researched Turkcell’s online audience to offer insight on the various user psychologies, so as to design a user-friendly interface.
Developing a user-friendly interface
The interface and the showcased content were well defined and designed to facilitate the visitors’ engagement with all the product and services available. Our design introduced customers to simple and recognisable user paths, to obtain the information they are looking for efficiently; the contents tone of voice and iconography as well as the imagery were selected and developed to be simple, friendly and distinct on each page.
