Pizza Union briefed us to create a new brand and interior for their fast casual and fresh pizza concept. From their quality ingredients, Neapolitan inspiration and traditional stone-baked cooking process, the brand required a design concept that would showcase their Italian influences, whilst also projecting a cool, modern and urban character.

We worked on developing an environment that was distinct from the generic pizzerias. Resulting in an atmospheric restaurant that is open and practical with touches of authenticity within a modern space. The key feature is the impressive oven along with the marble counter and open kitchen, which adds a theatrical component to the dining and ordering experience.

Pizza Union has become extremely popular to a large audience and is always busy during lunch and dinner times. Since it has opened, sales have exceeded expectations and are continuing to grow. Moreover, due to their ever-growing success they have rolled out the brand and design concept across various new sites.
