We were approached by MMC Catering, the franchise-owners of LeNotre in Kuwait. As is the case elsewhere in the GCC, LeNotre is a highly prestigious brand in Kuwait, and its charming location on Gulf Road really is the go-to destination for high days and feast days.
One of the drivers for this project was to create a concept that made LeNotre more accessible to more people: perhaps becoming a once-a-week experience rather than once-a-year.
As such, I-AM evolved the brand and the dining concept, bringing it more in line with its bistro-style French heritage and adapting it to multiple locations across the premier malls in Kuwait.
